My goal is to make the search process easy for you and allow you to proceed at your comfort level. If you just want to dabble on your own or take a personal tour, I get it.

Once we meet and you see me ‘in action’ you will understand how I consistently find the perfect home for my clients. Listening, identifying trigger points and knowing the inventory. This includes homes currently on the market as well as homes that are off market, but available. While many agents search for homes by bedroom and bath count, I remember the nuances that fit the way my clients live in the home. Simple examples are light exposure, stairs or single story, room for the grand piano or casual vs. formal dining areas.

Finding the perfect house is just the beginning. We then need to set a game plan for the best way to make an offer that will be accepted. For each purchase the contract and negotiation process is different. Price, timeframes, contingencies, deposits, loan options are all important factors in presenting an offer to the seller.

Once the offer is accepted I take the responsibility of providing a smooth, worry free escrow. You can relax while my staff and I button up the details. We will adjust your ‘involvement’ to your comfort level. We recognize some buyers want to review each piece of paper together, while others prefer to take a package home to review on their own. If you are a seasoned or first time buyer we will provide you service your way.

All in all, my job is to find you the right house and make the entire process as simple as possible without missing the details that protect you all the way through the closing.

Then…..after the closing I get to introduce you to all the fabulous things to do, places to go and people to see.
