I personally do not believe in a pre-determined game plan to sell a home. There are too many variables that need to be discussed. Not just timeframes and asking price, but commission amounts and level of representation you want. While some sellers may want exposure using a lot of newsprint, others may opt for less expensive internet exposure. I believe these are all choices the seller should be able to make.
The obvious goal is to get your home sold at the highest price in the shortest period of time. However, there are many other issues in the final best price and terms. I use my strong knowledge of the contract and its provisions to protect your interests. Keeping an eye on the details and timeframes, making sure the buyer performs according to the contract, and creatively solving any issues that may come up through inspections, loans, title, etc.
Selling homes is what I have done for a living since 1989. I am self supportive and the sole owner of Preferred Properties. This is not a part time job or a hobby. This is a business and I treat it that way. I want you to feel I have earned every dollar you pay me, and then some! Although I take selling your home as serious business, you can expect this to be done with a little fun and humor mixed in too.
I look forward to the opportunity of meeting with you and discussing how I can be of service to you in the sale of your home. I encourage you to take a look at the kind testimonials provided by my clients on this website. My goal is that you will be as pleased as they are with my knowledge and love of this business.
